Procurement and supply
We buy what we then have to install.
We manage procurement for industrial projects end to end: technical specification, supplier evaluation, tendering, manufacturing follow-up and delivery to site. The difference from an intermediary is simple: whoever buys the material is the same team that later installs it, energizes it and answers for its warranty.
